- Rate Mind Your Midlife on Spotify (Go here, click the three dots, select Rate Podcast/Show. Note that you will need to listen to an episode first.)
- Share an episode! You can share in a social media post or stories. Let people know what your favorite episode has been. Most podcast apps will allow you to tap to share, or you can share one of Mind Your Midlife’s posts. Tag me if you can!
